    What happens if I have forgotten my password/username?/h6>

    If you forget your password simply click on the link "Forgot password". You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you have forgotten your username we can email it to you directly.

    When is payment deducted from my card?

    The payment is deducted from your card when we send your order. The payment is reserved in connection with your purchase, but is not deducted before we ship your order.

    How is the money paid back if the order is returned and when will I receive my refund?


    When returning a product you will get your money back within 30 days. Your returned order will always be refunded using the same payment method as used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

    How long is the delivery time?

    Can I return or exchange an item I purchased from Ted Bernhardtz?


    You have the right to exchange and return an item up to 14 days from the date of purchase. You have the same right to exchange or return underwear and swimwear as for all other goods purchased online. Just make sure that the goods are unused and undamaged with the relevant garment labels still attached.


    How do I know what size I should choose?


    Ted Bernhardtz have written down the size of the model that is pictured.


    I have questions for Klarna, what do I do?


    If you have questions for Klarna you should always contact them directly since they are responsible for our customer invoices. You may need account information, would like to split your payments or have received a reminder that you do not understand? If so, contact Klarna directly here.

    Ted Bernhardtz is certified by the Council for e-Commerce Certification in Sweden. To become certified various conditions are imposed which include that the company is not in financial insolvency, and that the page uses TLS / SSL encryption when sensitive payment information is sent or displayed.     With us you always receive free delivery regardless of the total amount of the order.

    Free Exchanges & Returns

    With us it's always free to return or exchange goods. Use the enclosed return delivery label to return the goods free of charge.

    Delivery time

    All deliveries from Ted Bernhardtz are free for you as a customer. All shipments that are sent by Ted Bernhardtz can be fully tracked to the customer's nearest collection office. Your order is sent with Posten and is delivered in 1-3 working days. If the customer lives north of Sundsvall and the delivery is made by the postal service then it may take an extra day. If a shipment unexpectedly experiences a substantial delay, then you always have the right as a customer to cancel the purchase. You can locate your package by going into your account with us or on posten.se.

    Unclaimed package

    Unclaimed packages will incur a fee of 249 SEK:- to cover the handling charges that are incurred if a package is not collected. Your package is usually held at the post office for 14-21 days before it is sent back to our warehouse.

    Applicability of Consumer Protection


    These Terms and Conditions are applied to the purchase agreement that you as a consumer conclude with Järntorgsgatan 1911 AB, registered business number 556799-5047, hereinafter referred to as "Ted Bernhardtz". In order to look after your interests as a customer, the provisions of the Consumer Sales Act (SFS 1990:932), the law on Consumer Protection on Distance Contracts and Doorstep Selling Contracts (SFS 2005:59) and the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998:204) are applied to all purchases at www.tedtbernhardtz.com.


    Delivery fee

    Orders at Ted Bernhardtz that have a Swedish delivery address are delivered free of charge by Posten.

    Order confirmation

    When you order your goods an email is sent to the email address you provided during your purchase to confirm that we have received your order. This order confirmation also serves as your receipt and is important to save in case you need to get in touch with our customer service team.

    Payment method

    Ted Bernhardtz offers secure and free payments via Klarna AB. You can select card payment (Visa, American Express or MasterCard), bank transfer (SEB, Nordea, Swedbank and Handelsbanken) invoice or installment payments via Klarna.

    Ted Bernhardtz offers secure and free of charge card payments. We currently accept MasterCard, American Express and VISA. For debit and credit cards we use Klarna AB who are a leading provider of secure payment solutions on the Internet. When you shop with us you are taken to an encrypted and secure page where the payment is made. No account details or personal details are stored by us. Card payments are subject to the security standard 3D-Secure, which is a security standard developed by Visa and MasterCard to ensure secure payments over the Internet.

    Invoice

    For invoice payment Ted Bernhardtz work with Klarna AB, a leading provider of online payment services.

    "14 day payment terms. If payment is late then a 50SEK reminder fee is charged in accordance with what is currently allowed by law, together with 24% interest + applicable reference rate. A standard credit review without a courtesy copy is carried out and delivery is made to the registered address."

    Ted Bernhardtz does not impose an invoice fee on you as a customer.

    Pricing

    All prices at Ted Bernhardtz are inclusive of Swedish VAT (25%). Ted Bernhardtz reserves the right to regularly change the prices on all the products in our range, whether this be an increase in price or a decrease. The prevailing price at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your purchase.

    At Ted Bernhardtz you have the right as a consumer to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your goods.

    This right is applicable provided that the product is essentially kept in an unchanged condition and, in cases where the goods are sealed, the seal is still intact. Contact the Customer Service team to return your goods. Ted Bernhardtz will cover your shipping costs and handling fees.

    The customer takes on the risk when returning goods. It is therefore important that goods are not damaged during transit. Goods must be unused and sent back undamaged. The goods are the property of the customer until we have received the returned items. We recommend that all our customers send trackable packages for additional security for the customer. Use the enclosed return shipping label so that you as a customer can feel confident that the package is fully trackable.

    14 day return policy applies to goods that are on sale.

    Claims

    If a product proves to be defective or faulty a claim can be made on the item. If the defective good is supplied by Ted Bernhardtz a full refund is provided if the claim is approved. Claims to Ted Bernhardtz must be made within a reasonable time from when you as a customer received the product. Only original faults are covered by the warranty. For example, the warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear. Ted Bernhardtz will cover your shipping costs and handling fees.

    Transport damage

    Ted Bernhardtz is responsible for goods lost or damaged during delivery. Claims regarding transport damage must be made within a reasonable time. Upon receipt of the shipment, it is important to verify that the package has not been damaged during transport.

    Refunds

    In the case of a claim or unwanted purchase the customer receives a refund within 30 days from the day that Ted Bernhardtz receives notice of the claim or notice that the purchase was unwanted. If you have paid by card then the refund is returned to the same card that you paid with. If you have paid with Klarna Invoice or Klarna Account we will credit the invoice when the package arrives with us.
